Please view the Parker Colorado website for continuing updates on construction schedules and potential detours to our storage lot.  Quoting from the webpage linked below:

"The full closure of Motsenbocker in this project area will only impact through traffic and will preserve access for area homeowners, businesses and visitors to Salisbury Park. Homeowner and business access along the northern section of Motsenbocker will be limited to only travelers coming from the north, while access to homes and businesses in the southern section and Salisbury Park will be limited to travel only from the south. Signed detours will be in place during this phase to alert travelers of alternate routes."

What documentation do I need to rent a unit?

A valid form of government-issued ID such as a driver's license, passport, or state ID.

How do I pay my storage bill?

Pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card.  We also offer eCheck and autopay options.

Am I required to store long term?

We provide flexible month-to-month lease options.  Store with us short or long-term.

What are access hours?

You can access your parking space 24 hours a day with your unique gate code.  

What about the dump station?

The dump station is provided for tenant use only.  It is located in row A and is available April through October (closed in the winter).  

What items can I not store?

We store recreational vehicles and boats no older than 2000.  Please don't store perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items or liquids, or valuables in your vehicle(s).  Also, the facility may not be used for residential purposes.
